Abstract Book and Programme of the 16th International Scientific Conference “Science and Teaching Today” Published

The Faculty of Education in Bijeljina, University of East Sarajevo, is pleased to present the Abstract Book and Programme of the 16th International Scientific Conference of Special Importance “Science and Teaching Today”, which will be held on 2–3 October 2026 in Bijeljina.

This year’s conference once again confirms its strong international character and significance. The Abstract Book contains 156 paper abstracts submitted by 252 individual authors and co-authors from 27 countries across Europe and the world. These figures reflect the broad international interest in the conference and the diversity of scientific and professional topics represented.

The participation of researchers, university teachers, experts, and practitioners from numerous national and international institutions further confirms that the conference “Science and Teaching Today” has developed into a recognised meeting point for science, education, and contemporary teaching practice. This year’s edition is particularly distinguished by international cooperation, the exchange of scientific knowledge and experience, and the strengthening of links between the academic community and educational and professional institutions.

The conference programme includes keynote lectures, thematic scientific sessions, online sessions, poster presentations, and professional activities, with contributions from authors representing a wide range of disciplines and academic environments.

The Abstract Book provides an overview of the accepted papers and serves as a permanent record of the scientific contributions of the participants of the 16th International Scientific Conference, while the Conference Programme contains the detailed schedule of lectures, sessions, and accompanying activities throughout both conference days.
